Resources for Staying Healthy


Although much of our current health focus is on social distancing, hand sanitizing, and wearing masks, we must also try to take good care of our bodies in other ways.  The library has many health, fitness, and self-care books available to meet your needs.  The resources listed below are physical items for those who like reading a printed book. You can request these books and when they’re ready you can schedule a time to retrieve them via our contactless pickup system.
