The Library offers discounted passes to many local museums. Museum passes are generously provided by the Friends of the Library, the EnKa Society (Boston Children’s Museum and the Discovery Museum), and the Rotary Club of Winchester (Institute of Contemporary Art, Peabody Essex Museum, Trustees Go Pass, and Zoo New England).
Please check with each museum regarding COVID protocols that may include advance timed tickets, masking, showing proof of vaccination, and the like.
General Policy
- Passes are available to Winchester residents only.
- A household may reserve passes for two museums per week, defined as Monday-Sunday.
- Some passes need to be returned and these are due by 9:00 AM the day after use. Late passes are subject to a fine of $5 per day.
