Permanent Collection

The Library has been the recipient of many generous gifts of art. Several are on permanent display in the building, including murals, ceremonial silver, stained glass windows, and paintings. View our Art in the Library (PDF) brochure for full details on the artwork.

Monthly Artists

Are you interested in exhibiting at the Library in 2024? Application materials must be received by Thursday, February 29th. Learn more about the approval process here.

The Library encourages exhibitions and displays of paintings, photographs, sculpture and other artworks and crafts for civic, cultural, educational and recreational purposes. Exhibit and display space is made available on an equitable basis to qualified individuals or groups with respect to artworks that best meet the standards for acceptance.

Wall Space

Submissions for hanging art are accepted approximately once a year and must include:

  • the application form,
  • one representative piece of your work, and
  • 5 to 6 additional photos of your work that are 5″x 7″ or smaller.

Glass Display Case
