The Winchester Public Library is now offering notary services to the community. Please note: We cannot guarantee a notary will be available for drop-ins, so please call ahead to confirm. Notary services are not available after 5:00pm.
- We will witness signatures and certify true copies only. More extensive work, like real estate transactions, are outside our scope.
- We will notarize a maximum of 5 items
- Bring ID and sign in front of the notary. We can’t notarize already signed documents.
