New Year, Same Fabulous You

This is the time of year when we’re bombarded by messages telling us to start over, to get better, to embrace change and to reinvent ourselves.  What if instead we worked on learning to appreciate ourselves exactly as we are?  In these books you can read about mindfulness, body positivity, self-esteem, and inner peace.  We’re all lovely exactly as we are, but sometimes it’s nice to have a reminder.
