Almost everyone starts out drawing. As children we draw to our heart’s content, but somewhere along the line most of us get discouraged and only a few continue drawing through their lives. How many of us want to learn, but don’t know where to begin? The good news is you can learn to draw at any age. Drawing is a skill to be practiced, not an in-born talent. Everyone can learn (or re-learn) to draw and your library is here to help
The Winchester Public Library offers tons of books to help you learn to draw. In addition to a gigantic selection of books, we also offer a variety of video courses on drawing that will help you build your skills and train your artist’s eye. All the courses are provided free of charge through your library.
