We shared Part I of our Indigenous Stories list in recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day in October. Now, in November, we are sharing Part II to commemorate National Native American Heritage Month. Since 1990, November has been celebrated as a time to learn about and pay tribute to the rich culture of Native Americans and their contributions to the country. We’ll have these books in addition to others celebrating Native Americans/First Nations/Indigenous People on display in the Children’s Room, so come check them out!
