Tax-deductible gifts of $25 or more may be made to the Winchester Public Library in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one. Please fill out the Honor and Memorial Gift form and submit it with your donation. On the form you may specify how you would like us to direct your donation, how to acknowledge the honoree, and who to notify about your donation.
