Winchester is lifting its mask mandate in municipal buildings on March 14. Out of an abundance of caution for our youngest patrons and in keeping with the public schools, masks will still be required in the Children’s Room through April, but are optional throughout he rest of the building. Masks will continue to be available for any person who would like one.
