If you or someone you love is technology using 3G (as opposed to 4G/5G) there is some news: older, 3G devices will no longer work over cellular networks beginning this year. This applies to older Kindles, iPads, home alarm systems, wearables, and phones, for example. 3G will still work on WIFI networks, however.
