The Library’s roof and windows replacement project will begin this spring and run through the end of 2026. During this time, parking will be limited, and access to the building and Library services may be restricted.
The project is slated to begin mobilization on March 30. A section of the parking lot will be closed off for use by the contractor. This area will remain closed off for the duration of the project.
For the safety of patrons and staff, the library’s outdoor bookdrops will be closed for the duration of the construction. Please return items inside the building during open hours or at a nearby library in the Minuteman Network. Nearby Minuteman libraries include Woburn, Lexington, Arlington, and Medford. Bookings for the Small and Large Meeting Rooms are on pause during May and June due to window replacements in those spaces.
