The news has been full of stories lately about the generations and how each is uniquely impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Members of older generations including, Baby Boomers, face the biggest health risk. Gen Xers are likely overwhelmed caring for their children and worrying about aging parents. Millennials seem to be the most vulnerable financially while Generation Z is struggling with homeschooling, missing proms and graduations or dealing with college interruption. Generational differences and how these differences may or may not impact our lives and work can be interesting to explore.
