Library Resources for English Language Learners

mangoMango Langauges offers online language instruction from home or in the Library. Mango features ESL instruction designed for speakers of over a dozen different languages.

  • Dictionaries, workbooks, newspapers, CDs, and other items for English language learners are located in the Reference Room. Most items can be checked out and taken home.

English at Large

English At Large is a free service that matches students who are learning English with local tutors. English At Large also sponsors Conversation Groups in Winchester and other communities for intermediate or advanced English speakers. The groups meet during the fall, winter, and spring.
